Skills Trainer

Michael Sparks started playing basketball at 11 and has spent years working his way through every level of the game.

He’s the all time leading scorer at Abraham Lincoln High School with 1,708 points and went on to score 1,287 points at the college level across both NJCAA and NCAA. Over the past four years, he’s continued competing professionally overseas and is still actively playing today.

That background is what shapes how he trains. The focus is on doing things the right way, building real habits, and paying attention to the details that actually translate in games. Footwork, shot mechanics, decision making, and conditioning are all trained with purpose, not just reps for the sake of it.

The goal is simple. Help athletes develop a game they can rely on, no matter the level they’re playing at.
